The second option in the form of Udemy video tutorials (e.g. Code Readability, Patterns, C++17, Algorithms, Data Structures, GIT, STM32 HAL, …) can always be used. The third option comes in the form of regular internal seminars, where identified potentials and knowledge gaps are addressed.

Flexible working hours are generally not a problem for us, as we know that the children have to be taken to school or that you are simply not efficient in the morning. Do you have an appointment in the middle of the day? No problem. Your train has failed and you need to work longer today? Why don’t you even do home office today?

We have Slack for collaboration, the GSuite as mail and office application, IAR to create the smallest compilates. There is only one rule: if you can explain to us in a meaningful way why we should spend money on your tool, then we will do so.
