Through close cooperation with external partners, he has built up a strong network for us. As Head of Business Development since 2023, his particular focus is on creating synergies between technology and business growth. His expertise spans identifying new market opportunities, developing partnerships, and implementing strategic initiatives to strengthen our company’s position in the IoT space.

_HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Olia Zinchenko

Olia has been part of smart IoT since 2022. She started in sales and transitioned into project management, where she became the central point of contact for customers and internal teams.
Today, as Head of Operations and Project Manager, she owns end-to-end delivery across development projects: aligning scope, goals, timelines, and budget with stakeholders; defining requirements and acceptance criteria; maintaining and prioritizing the backlog in Jira; leading sprint planning and status routines; tracking progress, dependencies, and risks; and coordinating developers, customers, and external partners to keep delivery on track.
Olia stands for clear ownership, transparent communication, and practical structure—ensuring teams deliver predictable results and products reach release readiness with minimal friction.
